Provider Listing & Verification Policy

Ira Health Care, operated by Ira Medical Consultancy Services, enables users to discover healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare providers (“Providers”) through its Platform.

1. Provider Information

Provider profiles may contain information including name, qualifications, professional registration, specialty, services, location, affiliations, facilities, photographs, operating hours and other information relevant to the Provider's listing.

Information may be provided directly by the Provider, obtained from legitimate public sources, or verified through appropriate documentation or regulatory sources.

2. Verification

Where applicable, Ira may verify:

• Provider identity;
• professional registration;
• qualifications;
• relevant licences or registrations;
• healthcare establishment details;
• affiliation information; and
• other information reasonably necessary for the Provider's listing.

Verification does not constitute certification, accreditation, endorsement or a guarantee of the Provider's services or clinical outcomes.

3. Accuracy

Providers are responsible for ensuring that information supplied or approved by them is accurate and current.

Providers may request correction or updating of their information through the designated contact mechanism.

4. Listing Decisions

Ira may decline, suspend, restrict or remove a Provider listing where information cannot reasonably be verified, is materially inaccurate, appears misleading, violates applicable law or professional requirements, or where removal is otherwise reasonably necessary for safety, compliance or Platform integrity.

5. Ranking and Presentation

Where Providers are displayed through search or discovery functionality, Ira may organise or present listings using factors such as location, specialty, availability, relevance, user search criteria, completeness of information and other operational parameters.

Where applicable law requires disclosure of material ranking or sponsored-placement parameters, Ira will provide the required information.

A Provider's appearance on the Platform does not by itself constitute a recommendation or endorsement.

6. Sponsored or Paid Placement

Any paid placement, sponsored listing, promotional arrangement or advertising involving a Provider will be separately governed and, where applicable, clearly identified in accordance with applicable law and professional requirements.

7. Reviews and User Content

Where reviews or user-generated content are enabled, Ira may apply moderation and content standards to protect users and Providers and to comply with applicable law.

Ira does not represent that every review or user-submitted statement reflects the views of Ira.

8. Regulatory Compliance

Ira may impose additional verification or listing requirements where required by applicable healthcare, professional, consumer protection, data protection or other laws and regulations.
