Last updated 4 September 2026

Welcome to Ira Health Care, a healthcare technology platform operated by Ira Medical Consultancy Services, a company incorporated under the laws of India (“Ira Health Care”, “Ira”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ira Health Care website, mobile application and related digital services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, Cancellation & Refund Policy and any other terms or policies expressly incorporated into these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Ira Health Care

Ira Health Care is a technology platform intended to facilitate the discovery, access, enquiry, scheduling and/or booking of healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare service providers (“Healthcare Providers”), and such other healthcare-related services as may be made available on the Platform from time to time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ira Health Care does not itself provide medical diagnosis, treatment, consultation, surgery, laboratory services, hospital services, pharmacy services or other clinical services merely by operating the Platform.

Healthcare services, where availed, are provided by the relevant Healthcare Provider and are subject to the terms, availability, professional judgment and applicable policies of that Healthcare Provider.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.

Where a person uses the Platform on behalf of another individual, including a minor or a person requiring assistance, such person represents that they are duly authorised to do so.

3. Provider Information

The Platform may display information relating to Healthcare Providers, including names, qualifications, registrations, specialties, services, locations, facilities, photographs, operating hours and other information provided by or verified from the Healthcare Provider or legitimate sources.

We take reasonable steps to verify information where appropriate. However, information may change and Ira does not guarantee that every item of information displayed on the Platform is complete, current or error-free at all times.

Users should independently verify material information with the relevant Healthcare Provider before relying upon it.

4. Healthcare Services

Ira Health Care facilitates access to Healthcare Providers but does not control or direct the professional judgment, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, procedure or clinical decisions of any Healthcare Provider.

Any medical consultation, treatment, procedure, investigation or other healthcare service is provided by the relevant Healthcare Provider and not by Ira Health Care, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Appointments and Enquiries

The Platform may enable users to submit enquiries or request appointments with Healthcare Providers.

Submission of an appointment request does not by itself guarantee acceptance or availability unless and until the appointment is expressly confirmed through the Platform or by the relevant Healthcare Provider.

Appointment timings may change due to clinical, operational, emergency or other circumstances.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

(a) provide information that is accurate and not misleading;

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Ira may moderate, remove, restrict or refuse to publish content that it reasonably believes violates applicable law, these Terms, safety requirements or the interests of users or Healthcare Providers.

8. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Where paid services are offered through the Platform, applicable prices, taxes, cancellation conditions and refund terms will be displayed before completion of the transaction and will be governed by the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and/or service-specific terms.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
